the hotel is in a super convenient location. i found it very close to the gyoen district. there is a bus stop right at the front that took me to the train station in 15 minutes. the bed and pillows were comfortable for me.

the wifi did not work in my room . it was shaky in common areas. my room was small. i had an obstructed view over a graveyard. i didn't enjoy that.

A great experience in the city

I found the room spacious and very clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful with directions. I appreciated that the hotel is close to transport links and various stores. It made getting around the area simple.

The room was small for all my luggages, there was barely space to open my suitcase without blocking the way. I think that the rooms would be benefit from better organization. I think a little more space would be really nice.

I noticed a variety of dining options near the building and that is very useful. There is a store that opens 24/7 just around the corner. The possibilities of close supermarkets makes the area practical.

The staff was very willing to send our luggage to our next destination. They provided many complimentary items and freebies. It was an awesome experience, especially with the dedicated staff assisting with any requests.

The staff helped me organize a swift luggage transfer to my next hotel. They were attentive and always willing to assist, especially with translation, which i appreciated. Google translate proved useful in overcoming any language barriers.

adjustable air conditioningcigarette smell

i wasn't too happy about the air conditioning! i couldn't adjust it in the room. the staff provided fans upon request, but it still wasn't enough to keep me cool at night. also, even though it's supposed to be a non-smoking hotel, there was a noticeable cigarette smell in the lobby and hallways. it's fortunate my room didn't smell, but it was still noticeable.

the staff was nice.

The room i had was the smallest i encountered on my trip. i could barely fit my luggage. It made moving around difficult. the noise isolation was poor. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms. the toilet made constant noise after each use.
